Risk Management

The Risk Management process undertaken by Exon Agro is to predict and ensure that the least number of uncertainties / surprises occur while the Projects are underway and to minimize their negative impacts, the most important of all being an effective team buy-in and acceptance is assured.

Outsource Laboratories

Once the cargo is received the composite sample will be taken to have it checked by they an accredited outsource lab to be analyzed the quality as per the ISIRI parameters.
